Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Token ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Token provides pay-as-you-go access to OpenRouter API services, allowing users to generate and manage API keys for accessing various AI models. The Service acts as an intermediary, providing balance management and API key organization.

  • API key generation and management for OpenRouter
  • Balance management for API usage
  • QRIS payment processing via DOKU
  • Spend limit controls per API key

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Payment Terms

Balance System: The Service uses a balance-based system where users top up their account balance to access OpenRouter API services.

  • Minimum top-up amount is 10,000 IDR
  • Balance is converted to API spend limits at 95% rate
  • Spend limits are distributed equally across active API keys
  • Payments are processed securely via DOKU QRIS

No Refunds: All top-up payments are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you understand your usage requirements before topping up.

5. API Key Usage

When you generate an API key through our Service:

  • You receive direct access to OpenRouter's API infrastructure
  • API keys are subject to OpenRouter's terms and policies
  • Usage is tracked and counted against your spend limit
  • You may delete API keys at any time
  • Deleted keys cannot be recovered

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent spend limits or payment systems
  • Share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service for spam or automated mass messaging

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (including OpenRouter)

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or continuous availability
  • Error-free operation of all features
  • Compatibility with all third-party applications

Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, which we will endeavor to announce in advance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse or harassment directed at our team or other users
  • Failure to pay amounts due

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
